Refund policy

Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to make a return. You have to follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@lesplume.com with your order number, the reference (s) you want to send back and the reason.

  2. Once the return is accepted, you need to send your order back to our warehouse: C/Raval, 3. 08480 – l’Ametlla del Vallès (Barcelona).

  3. The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels and the costs are the customer's responsibility.

  4. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

  5. The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.
  6. Once we receive your order back we will proceed with the refund and you will be notified by email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@lesplume.com.


Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on accessories and sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
